Can my claim expire at some stage in the future? If so, when?

Dwelling claims are kept open until cash payments have been made or substantive repairs have been completed. Claims can be reopened for any disputes or if new information is provided to review.
Contents claims may be closed if no contents information is supplied. However, the contents exposure is able to be reopened with new information.
Land exposures are closed after payment or if land damage is calculated under the $500 excess. This will be reopened if the Customer provides relevant documentation to challenge the land settlement decision
