Is a damaged garden shed on a concrete foundation and macrocarpa raised garden beds (that have sunk) included in a out of scope repair?

This will depend on the homeowner's individual policy. "Appurtenant structures" (these are ancillary or domestic outbuildings) such as garden sheds are covered under a house policy and are included in EQC cover for the residential building. However, the raised garden beds would not be included in EQC cover and are unlikely to be covered under a home insurance policy, but the homeowner will need to check with their insurer.
